I seriously can’t say enough good things about Pro Auto Towing. They’ve helped me three different times now and every single time has been smooth and stress free.
They towed my crashed 2005 Ford Five Hundred, my 2016 Cadillac ATS4 2.0T when the transmission blew, and most recently my 1995 Lincoln Mark VIII after it caught on fire at a house. We got the fire put out but needed the car gone within 30 minutes and he showed up fast with no hesitation. That alone meant a lot.
He gave us a great price every time and was just an amazing guy to deal with. Super calm, respectful, and just genuinely cool. You can tell he actually cares and isn’t just trying to rush through the job. When we needed the Mark VIII put into a small storage unit he took the time to carefully line it up and fit it in perfectly. That took skill and patience and he handled it like it was nothing.
It’s hard to find reliable people like that these days. If you need a tow for any reason, this is the guy to call. I’m beyond happy with the service and I wouldn’t use anyone else.
